Here’s How We Work
Research Phase: We'll meet and help you develop the “look and feel” of your event. We’ll listen, discuss your budget and then develop a strategy together.
Design Phase: Working within your vision and budget, we will create the theme and direction of your event. Your instructions and ideas and our experience and creativity guide the design phase.
Proposal: With preliminary details such as venue, theme and menu worked out, we present our recommendations and cost estimates.
Organization: Here we take care of everything: rent the site, hire vendors, and handle more details than you might believe possible. With our support you will be making the major decisions. Our attention to details speaks volumes about the quality of our events.
On-Site Orchestration: We will manage it all. By now, we know your event inside and out. We’ll be on-site to make sure everyone stays “on the same page”.
